Apply for a Regional Activity Grant

Jan 09, 2020

Your ideas are wanted for 2020!

Currently, over 6.000 network members from 120 different countries across the globe build the Bosch Alumni Network, a place where network members with different backgrounds and interests but a shared purpose meet. As self-organization is key for a network to thrive, we want to hear your ideas for network activities in your region to further flesh out the networks` contribution to the realization of innovative solutions for today ́s challenges. With this first round of Regional Activity Grants we seek support network members who want to engage other alumni in their cities or regions, thus fostering connections on the local level.

Your Ideas

We do not want to constrain your creativity, so there are no guidelines on the format, length of the activity, or number of participants. Would you like to host a tour for other alumni in your city to meet and discover the various places where network members promote positive change in your community? We can’t wait to hear about it! Do you want to organize a discussion series or co-create a publication? Great! Or perhaps you would like to invite network members as peer advisors, catalysts or simply as a helping hand for your local project? Everything is possible. The only requirement is that your activity must involve setting the environments for decentralized engagement, knowledge co-production and partnerships with other network members.

We encourage you to apply if your idea ….

  • aligns to the purpose of the network.
  • initiates encounter between regional network members, promotes exchange and mutual learnings and implement joint action locally.
  • takes place between February 1st, 2020 and November 31st, 2020 and is non-profit.

If you want to learn more about previous regional activities, get in touch with our Regional Coordinators and check out some their activities implemented in the past (e.g. different workshops, working weekend, thematic dinner series, city tours, and other networking events).
